Information we collect

• Account details — your name, mobile number and/or email address, collected when you sign in with a WhatsApp/SMS code, an email code, or your Google account.
• Google sign-in — if you choose "Sign in with Google", we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google, used only to create or match your account here.
• Delivery details — the address, pincode and, if you choose to share it, a precise GPS location, used to deliver your order to the right place.
• Order & subscription history — what you've ordered, delivery dates, subscription plans and pause history, and delivery/order status.
• Payment information — whether you paid cash on delivery or online. Online payments are processed directly by Cashfree, our payment gateway; we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details ourselves.
• Rewards & referrals — your Hridayam Hearts balance and history, coupons issued to you, Spin & Win results, and referral codes you've used or shared.
• Feedback — ratings, reviews and photos you submit about an order.
• Basic usage data — standard server logs (like IP address and browser type) generated automatically by visiting the site, used only for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

• To take, prepare, and deliver your orders and subscription deliveries.
• To let you sign in and see your own order history, addresses and Hearts balance.
• To calculate and credit Hridayam Hearts, coupons, Spin & Win rewards and referral bonuses.
• To send order and delivery updates, and OTP codes for sign-in, over WhatsApp, SMS or email.
• To respond to support requests and act on feedback you give us.
• To keep the site secure and working correctly.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Who we share it with

We share only what's needed to run the service: Cashfree for processing online payments, Google if you sign in with your Google account, and our messaging providers to deliver WhatsApp/SMS/email OTPs and order updates. Our database and file storage are hosted with infrastructure providers (including Supabase and Vercel) who store data on our behalf under their own security practices — they don't use it for their own purposes.

Your choices

You can update your saved addresses and profile details from your account page at any time. To request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account, contact us using the details below — we'll act on it as soon as we reasonably can.
