These terms apply whenever you browse dearhridayam.in, place an order, or subscribe to a delivery plan with Dear Hridayam ("we", "us", "our"), a home-kitchen food business based in Hyderabad. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.
Who can order
You need to be at least 18 years old, or place your order with the involvement of a parent or guardian, and provide an accurate name, mobile number and delivery address so we can reach you and deliver correctly.
Menu, pricing & availability
Menu items, combos, subscription plans and prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and may change at any time without notice — the price shown at the time you place your order is what applies to that order. An item can sell out or become temporarily unavailable; if that happens after you've ordered, we'll contact you rather than silently substitute something else.
Delivery
We only deliver within our active delivery zones — checkout will tell you if your pincode isn't covered yet. Orders are delivered in a Morning or Evening slot depending on what you order and when you place it (some items need to soak overnight and can only go out the next morning); we don't deliver on Sundays. Delivery charges are calculated from our kitchen to your delivery location: free within a set radius, and a per-kilometre charge beyond that — see our Delivery Policy for the current figures and full details.
Payments
Orders are paid online — UPI, cards or netbanking — through Cashfree, our payment gateway partner. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details ourselves; Cashfree processes and secures that information directly. Hridayam Hearts and valid coupon codes can be applied to reduce what you pay, subject to the limits described below.
Subscriptions
A subscription is a recurring delivery plan (for example, Weekly, 15-Day or Monthly) that you choose and pay for upfront. You can pause an active subscription yourself, for any date range up to that plan's pause allowance — your end date moves out to make up the paused days. Cancelling a subscription isn't currently self-service; contact our support team and we'll help you with it. See our Cancellation Policy for details.
Hridayam Hearts, coupons & referrals
Hridayam Hearts are a loyalty reward with a real ₹ value, earned on qualifying orders and redeemable for a discount on a future order, up to the redemption limits shown in the app at the time. Hearts, coupon codes, Spin & Win rewards and referral bonuses have no cash value outside Dear Hridayam, can't be transferred or sold, and may be withdrawn or adjusted if we reasonably believe they're being misused (for example, creating duplicate accounts to claim the same signup or referral reward more than once).
Food safety & allergens
We list ingredients and, where available, allergen and nutrition information for each item — please check it against your own dietary needs and allergies before ordering, especially if you have a serious allergy. Because our food is prepared fresh to order (and some items are soaked overnight in advance), we're not able to accept changes to an order's ingredients once preparation has started.
Cancellations & refunds

Limitation of liability
We take care in preparing and delivering your food, but to the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from a delayed or missed delivery, or from an allergic reaction to an ingredient that was accurately listed on the menu. Nothing here limits any right you have under Indian consumer protection law that can't be excluded by these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time as the app and our services change; the "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
